![]() | ParkPass Library Loan Program Get out. Get dirty. Get fit. With a valid library card you can borrow a Georgia State Parks Annual ParkPass and an individual Historic Sites Visitors Pass for up to 7 days. The ParkPass exempts you from paying the daily parking fee at state parks and the Historic Sites Visitors Pass exempts one visitor from admission fees to any state historic site in the state. | |||
Downloadable Audiobooks Now Available Downloadable audiobooks are now available for library patrons to download for free. A consortium of Georgia libraries has selected a custom collection of audiobooks for our patrons. This service, "Georgia Download Destination," is hosted by OverDrive. OverDrive Audiobooks can be downloaded to your PC or Mac, burned to a CD (when allowed by the publisher), or transferred to a supported portable device. | ||||

Preschool & Toddler Story Time Fridays, 10:30 a.m., General Purpose Room Story time is every Friday at 10:30 AM. Story time includes stories, finger-plays, songs and crafts for literacy-based fun. It is open to children ages 2 to 5. This month's themes are: Dr. Seuss, Spring, and Royalty. There will be an Open Play time Friday, March 12. | |||
Homeschoolers Chapter Book Revue Wednesdays, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Every Wednesday afternoon beginning at 2:00 Miss Jennifer will be in the lobby reading. Past selections have included mysteries and comedies for juveniles. Try to drop in one or all of these afternoons of fun reading and sharing. | ||||

Computer Classes
As always, free and open to everyone. This month's classes will give you an introduction and tips to the Internet. Classes are now offered on Tuesday 2 - 3 PM or 7 - 8 PM and on Wednesday from 11 AM to 12 noon. Please pre-register as this is not a drop-in-style class. Infant Storytime Monday, March 8, 10:30 p.m. It is never too early to introduce your child to books and the joys of reading together! We’ll also present some rhymes and songs for exercise and bonding with your little one. | |||
Meet the Bunnies! Saturday, March 13, 2:00 p.m. Kopp's Kritters will be bringing up to 5 different breeds of rabbits and will share a little bit about each breed. Children will be given an opportunity to interact with each rabbit. Rabbit breeds you might meet are English Angora, English Lop Eared, Flemish Giants, French Lop Eared, Mini Rex and Netherlands Dwarf. This program is geared towards children ages 5 to 10 and will be held Saturday, March 13 at 2 PM. | ||||

Pajama Storytime! Thursday, March 25, 7:00 p.m. Snuggle up in your jammies with your favorite stuffed animal and listen to bedtime stories at the library! We will have a small snack, peaceful tales appropriate for all ages, and a song or two. | |||
Books & Bites Friday, March 26, 8:00 - 10:00 p.m. After Hours for Teens Only!!! Your monthly opportunity for reading in peace or hanging out and drawing: and you don’t have to use your library voice! The library closes at 6 but will re-open at 8 PM for adult-supervised fun. Plan to be picked up no later than 10 PM. | ||||
Harold Enter's maritime paintings and Jack Hudson's hand-turned wooden bowls are on display in the library this month. The paintings are on the walls of the General Purpose room and Mr. Hudson’s bowls are in the glass case. | ||||
