CATALOGING

Describes the newly purchased material in the online catalog, "Evergreen," by recording the title and author as well as publication information, subjects and call number assignment. It is also the responsibility of the Cataloger to maintain and enhance the quality of the online catalog database. The catalog is the "finding" tool that enables a library to be a collection of a wide variety of items. How could you find exactly what you want and check it out without it?
